Our Story
Before founding Wipe Out Pest Control, Kevin was no stranger to hard work. From a young age, he poured himself into whatever job he had—starting a window-washing business in high school, mowing lawns, working at UPS at 3:00 AM, then cleaning pools during the day. He always had a natural drive for serving others and found purpose in the service industry throughout his late teens and early twenties.
In his early 20s, Kevin took a job with one of California’s largest pest control companies—what he thought would be just a fun, new opportunity. But it turned into something much more. After years of advancing through the ranks, learning the ins and outs of the industry, and obtaining his licenses, he realized he had a bigger vision: to build something of his own.
Despite having very little in savings and paying early withdrawal penalties on his 401(k), Kevin decided to take a leap of faith. With the support of his wife, Carole, and their two small children, he gave up the comfort of a steady paycheck to pursue a new path.
After nearly a year of planning, he launched what would become a trusted name in local pest control—Wipe Out Pest Control.
What started as a one-man operation has grown into a thriving family-run business serving homes and businesses across Orange County. Today, Wipe Out Pest Control is known for its dependable service, knowledgeable technicians, and commitment to doing things the right way—with honesty, care, and hard work at the core. We're proud to be family-owned, community-focused, and dedicated to protecting what matters most to our customers.
